Quiz!! What makes this legal without a stamp

I'm no expert on the nonsense the ATF dictates, nor am I inclined to attempt to find any logic within any of it. I find this interesting, leaving us to speculate on the "loophole"

Smooth bore? Maybe? Think they are claiming a new proprietary technology. So maybe not.

Pardon me, Sir, for this difference of opinion. my personal interest in such questions is entirely extinct; but not my wishes for the longest possible continuance of our government on itís pure principles.

I'm guessing they somehow met the overall length requirement. My first thought was a stock that extended furthur than a regular ar but they state it's a standard butt stock. Perhaps a new non standard ar lower receiver that's longer.

I am looking forward to getting more info on this. Could be interesting.

    And then, the price.

Oh, and how long before the loophole gets closed?

I got it (probably my imagination getting the best of me) it is a smooth bore with electro magnetic proprietary barrel requiring their new proprietary amunition to achieve the twist.
Again maybe not. LOL I've seen all kinds of weird guesses on this one. People speculating that it only fires one round per each" release"of the trigger. Really crazy that we even need to have these conversations if you ask me.

Wonder how many states they will refuse to ship it to because state law definitions don't align with the Feds?
