As for work policy it’s observe and report unless lives are in imminent danger. If they’re in imminent danger you better believe in pulling.
I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt,,, If you are a poser,,, Da Hammer is comin to make a withdrawal..
I have a 410/.45 Colt Bond Arms Snake Slayer,, it is reliable and packs a good smack to the hand,, I've practiced at 7-10 feet and have no issue with accuracy..
If you are serious about a sneaky Pete or concealable back up gun,, why not look at a Sig P 938,, it is a 9mm,,, it's easy on the hand,, accurate and fun to practice with,, Key word here is practice,, you will have fun practicing with the P938,, you will not have fun practicing with the Bond Arms 410,, it smacks the hand pretty good...
If I may suggest,, tell us a bit more detail about yourself and your occupation so that we can respond better to assist you..

This is what they use at my bank. They're hard to conceal but so far, it's never been robbed and I feel very safe going there.

Definitely looks like it would kick just a wee bit hard with .410. But with downloaded (Cowboy Action) 45LC, might be reasonably manageable. It is a pretty firearm.

    ... why not look at a Sig P 938,,
Mine is a freaking tack driver! Love that little thing.

Sounds like a security "monitor." Pssst! We're being robbed.

Gain weight until you're around 28 stone, give or take. You should be able to conceal most anything then.

I was hoping that you might be able to give advice on a four shot derringer that would go in a sleeve holster.

I don't believe the four-shot sleeve-rail-compatible version is available in .50 BMG. Might have to settle for .338 Lapua.

In retrospect, after rereading my posts I realize some things sound better in my head than in writing.

Yes, I have a Bond Arms .45/.410 Snake Slayer but never carried it in a sleeve holster. Thing weighs 23 ounces.

Made a few back in the day but only fired them locked in a vice. The below shows a German single shot .50 BMG hand fired.

I'm wondering if now is the time to bring up the discussion on over penetration.

I expected much worse recoil. I’ve seen people react worse to a DE 50AE.

Still nothing beats watching someone shoot the 700 Nitro T Rex.
