Did he say the 2A should be used against her if she ignores the courts?

My point was there was perceived innuendo in both, depending on what side of the isle is asked.

Has Trump ever said he would ignore the courts?

I haven't heard anything either, which IMO makes this all just "what if's". All he said was "if" a president ignored the courts that the 2nd amendment could apply to stop it. I don't disagree with that.

Amazing, isn't it, how many normal celebratory functions can be forcibly devolved into a political/bashing morass.

I'd like to think it's an act, with such folks. But they're so very good at it, it's hard to tell.

Hence their chosen profession as "actors" Hmm?..Go figure, right?

Entertainment people are simply not taken seriously as political analysts; as it should be..so, they feel insecure. What do insecure people do? They lash out.

De Niro's tirade is little more than political masturbation.

They each are individual citizens no matter what else they might be. So they have every right to opinions and statements as they see fit.

What I'll never understand, however, is the burning need that so many people have for destruction of a given venue or event to the point it devolves into politically-motivated ugliness as a result of their opening their mouths. If they want to speak their minds, let them bloody well make a Youtube video and/or hold a personal press conference to vent their frustrations or make their statements. But, far too many of these idiots seek to take other people's gatherings and other people's venues and time in order to despoil all of it with their spewing diatribes. (Whatever the issue or political persuasion happens to be.)

As with the refusal to respectfully acknowledge the flag and the ideals it represents, making personal statements deserves to be made on one's own time, on one's own nickel ... not on the backs of everyone within screaming distance.

    Exactly so.
People like De Niro have no skin in the game. Let's face it; the guy has no financial worries or security worries.
Anything President Trump does or does not do, will not influence people like De Niro in ANY negative way; they are insulated
    His tirade is disingenuous.

Now imagine someone with skin in the game or a politician who is pro 2A dropping the F bomb as in "F those anti gun liberal snowflakes"
Such a statement would cause more harm than good to the 2A cause.

He may be a citizen like you and I, but with a very big difference, laws do not affect someone like him; the economy will not affect him; etc..etc...

DeNiro was speaking to a gathering of mostly like minds so he felt comfortable knowing the applause and standing ovation he'd get. It was pure theater and will be revered for it for weeks to come. I mean, how edgy can you get to use the "F" bomb against Donald Trump in a venue full of Lefties. *insert eyeroll*.
