I suspect he works out of his home, but I bet if you send him an email, and give him your phone number, he might call you. You could order a belt and he probably would be happy for you to pick it up from him- saving the $10 shipping fee even if spending some on gasoline. If he were closer I'd do that because I'd love to meet him!

He told me he's been taking care of a family member, so he might not be as easy to reach as he was before but I know for sure he WILL get back to you! You can let him know you heard about him here. I don't think he knows that I'm "ShooterGranny" on the forums, but he might remember the woman who ordered a tan belt 2 years and and just received her new black one. "

There may be another belt maker with as much choice in terms of leather color, thread color and buckles. I'm not sure there is another one with all those choices who makes dual layer leather belts in 1/2" increments for the length, with 7 oval holes spaced 3/4" apart...and will do one row of stitching instead of two if you ask him to.

Of particular interest: In the package was a note of apology from Mike "for the delay" and thanking me for my patience! This is service above and beyond almost any other custom place I know of. Both this 1/4" thick black belt and the 3/8" thick tan one he made for me more than 2 years ago will last my lifetime and probably longer than the lifetime of whoever inherits them from me!

I have several other brands that I've purchased over the past 20+ years. Some are quite good and others "not so," but for me Armour is by far the best of any I've ever owned.

This is a totally unsolicited testimony. Others will probably have their own "better than anything else you can buy" brands, many of which have been mentioned on threads that are specifically about gun belts.

If your eyes are tired of watching so much like mine are...You need bigger markings.
Bigger markings help your eyes focus faster.
Camera's lenses worn under the same logic, it's easier to focus on larger targets.

The procedure is both simple and quick.

" A few more details (as related by POTUS) as to just how far BHO and HRC went to steal the election from Trump. Can anyone say treason and collusion.

Here are some snippets from the article but it is worth a full read.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/tru...alls-monitored

“One day after formally launching his 2020 presidential bid, President Trump told Fox News' "Hannity" exclusively on Wednesday that investigators are working to determine whether his personal phone calls were secretly monitored by U.S. intelligence agencies during the 2016 campaign -- a possibility he called "the ultimate."

“But, Trump condemned Democrats' ongoing hearings on collusion and obstruction as an attempt at a "do-over" of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia probe.

"Take a look at Ukraine," Trump said. "How come the FBI didn't take the server from the DNC? Just think about that one, Sean." That was a reference to the DNC's decision in 2016 to turn over its server to the private security firm Crowdstrike, rather than the FBI, after what prosecutors said was a Russian-led hack.

The Hill's John Solomon reported earlier Wednesday that the FBI, in search warrant affidavits, relied heavily on leaked Ukrainian financial documents concerning former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort -- even though the bureau was repeatedly warned that the documents were untrustworthy and likely fake.

Earlier this year, Ukraine Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko opened a probe into the so-called "black ledger" files that led to Manafort's abrupt departure from the Trump campaign. The investigation commenced after an unearthed audio recording showed that a senior Ukrainian anticorruption official apparently admitted to leaking Manafort's financial information in 2016 -- including his ties to pro-Russian actors in Ukraine -- to benefit Clinton.

CLINTON-UKRAINE ALLEGATIONS 'BIG,' TRUMP SAYS

A Ukrainian court recently ruled that the Manafort leak amounted to illegal interference in the U.S. election. A 2017 investigation by Politico found that Ukrainian officials not only publicly sought to undermine Trump by questioning his fitness for office, but also worked behind the scenes to secure a Clinton victory.”

“"The fact is, they were spying on my campaign, using intelligence agencies to do it. ... We're trying to figure out whether they listened to my calls. That would be the ultimate. We'll see what happens. If that happens, we'll probably find out. If they spied on my campaign and they may have, it will be one of the great revelations in history of this country. It will be very interesting. I think we're gonna find out."

Trump said Attorney General Bill Barr is working "very hard" to get to the bottom the matter.” "

" We are ready for action!

Attachment 23060

I had the belt made larger than I need right now because I lost 10 pounds due to illness and expect I will gain some (most?) of it back, but it fits OK in the last hole for now. Also, because of having so little strength in my hands, wrists and arms, Gramps and I (actually he did it) put super thick plastic around it to stretch the new holster so it would be easy for me to draw and reholster, but it also was too loose without the retention screws that “Mr. Bang Bang” knew I would probably need. Now it is perfect in every way for me with the right amount of retention so the gun will not fall out if I get turned upside down or flipped onto my side, but still easy to use!

As we age or have health issues a lot of adjustments have to be made if we are to keep shooting. It sometimes takes a bit of doing but for me it is well worth it.

Now, if it stops raining so I can get to the Shootin’ Range! "

" She is a 1911-22 and because she loves steel as much as her owner, but her bullets are so dainty, when they hit they sound more like a “ping/ring” than a clang. So her name became Isabelle Ringer. AND HERE IS HER NEW SHOOTIN’ PARTY OUTFIT!

Attachment 23058

I ordered the antique silver belt buckle which comes close to matching the slide on the gun. Not that anyone will notice but “Belle” and I know and that’s what counts.

Attachment 23059

Her custom holster, combat cut in front, which curves to my body so it doesn't stick out at the bottom and has a ride height that fits me just right, was made by Bang Bang leather. New 1/4” thick 1 1/2" matching belt by Armour. (My older Armour belt is 3/8” thick and would not go through the loops on this or the other holsters made for me by Bang Bang Leather.) ......Continues on next post. "

SatCong created the thread Where To Retire.
" You can retire to Arizona where…
1. You are willing to park three blocks away from your house because you found shade.
2. You've experienced condensation on your rear-end from the hot water in the toilet bowl.
3. You can drive for four hours in one direction and never leave town.
4. You have over 100 recipes for Mexican food.
5. You know that "dry heat" is comparable to what hits you in the face when you open your oven door at 500 degrees.
6. The four seasons are: tolerable, hot, really hot, and ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

-OR-

You can retire to California where...
1. You make over $450,000 and you still can't afford to buy a house.
2. The fastest part of your commute is going down your driveway.
3. You know how to eat an artichoke.
4 When someone asks you how far something is, you tell them how long it will take to get there rather than how many miles away it is.
5. The four seasons are: Fire, Flood, Mud and Drought.

-OR-

You can retire to New York City where...
1 You say "the city" and expect everyone to know you mean Manhattan.
2. You can get into a four-hour argument about how to get from Columbus Circle to Battery Park, but can't find Wisconsin on a map.
3. You think Central Park is "nature."
4. You believe that being able to swear at people in their own language makes you multilingual.
5. You've worn out a car horn. (IF you have a car.)
6. You think eye contact is an act of aggression.

-OR-

You can retire to Minnesota where...
1. You only have three spices: salt, pepper and ketchup.
2. Halloween costumes have to fit over parkas.
3. You have seventeen recipes for casserole.
4. Sexy lingerie is anything flannel with less than eight buttons.
5. The four seasons are: almost winter, winter, still winter, and road repair.

-OR-

You can retire to The Deep South where...
1. You can rent a movie and buy bait in the same store.
2 "Y'all" is singular and "all y'all" is plural.
3. "He needed killin " is a valid defense.
4. Everyone has two first names: Billy Bob, Jimmy Bob, Joe Bob, Betty Jean, Mary Beth, etc.
5. Everything is either: "in yonder," "over yonder" or "out yonder. ”
6. You can say anything about anyone, as long as you say "Bless his heart” at the end!

-OR-

You can move to Colorado where...
1. You carry your $3,000 mountain bike atop your $500 car.
2. You tell your husband to pick up Granola on his way home, so he stops at the day care center.
3. A pass does not involve a football or dating.
4. The top of your head is bald, but you still have a pony tail.

-OR-

You can retire to Nebraska or Kansas where...
1. You've never met any celebrities, but the mayor knows your name.
2. Your idea of a traffic jam is three cars waiting to pass a tractor.
3. You have had to switch from "heat" to "A/C" on the same day.
4. You end every sentence with a preposition; "Where's my coat at?"
-OR-

FINALLY you can retire to Florida where...
1. You eat dinner at 3:15 in the afternoon.
2. All purchases include a coupon of some kind - even houses and cars.
3. Everyone can recommend an excellent cardiologist, dermatologist, proctologist, podiatrist, or orthopedist.
4. Road construction never ends anywhere in the state.
5. Cars in front of you often appear to be driven by headless people. "

goldshellback replied to the thread Social Media is making us dumb. Or were we always this stupid?.
" Ya know....I did some pretty dumb stuff as a kid. Generally it involved out-doing my friends or impressing a girl..... but I ain't ever, never thought of any of the stuff I've seen in the last decade on youtube, facebook, etc., etc. Even as a dumb kid I wasn't gonna set myself on fire because a friend dared me or that red-haired girl in second period might maybe think I was pretty hot for doing it.

Having said that, I'm still amazed I made it to adulthood with all my fingers, toes, and eye balls...... "

"
"... The policy was adopted following a February incident at the West Palm Beach, Florida, VA Medical Center in which a double-amputee patient pulled a weapon..."
The 9-1-1 terrorist attack showed 15 of the 19 were citizens of Saudi Arabia.

ALL people from this country should be banned from boarding commercial flights.
Anyone swearing allegiance to the muslim religion will also be banned.

The policy was adopted following a February incident...
The policy was adopted following a Sept 11th, 2001 incident when people from this country flew commercial aircraft into the World Trade Centers in NYC, killing over 3,000 people.

About as illogical as this conclusion concerning people from Saudi Arabia. "
