Decided To Be A Part Time Trapper

No not the Trappers that do Animal Pelts. The ones that run Stations and score Sporting Clay events. It just for some extra cash and ill probably do about an Event a week ( If I can) in the 3-4 sporting clubs in the Houston, TX area. I want to work mid week Charity Events, that last maybe about 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours long. Went to an orientation today.

Good luck with your new venture. It can get AWFULLY HOT out there in the summer! But you know that already. Take lots of bottles of water with you. You know that also, right?

Fond memories of hand launched clays across an abandoned quarry. 870 Wingmaster. Good clean fun.

It was really nice. Worked a corporate event ( Big Engineering firm and their customers ) single cage stand first bird released on PULL , second on report of shotgun. The Range set up a canopy at my station so the 90 degree weather wasn’t bad ( had water with me) 75 shooters took about 2 1/2 hours plus 30 safety briefing before hand . The sponsor had food and drinks. No alcohol served until after shoot( I would have walked of course, but the Range people wouldn’t let that happen) not big bucks but a nice day out in the country

Sounds like fun. I worked a similar corporate event once during the 90s down in Georgia. It was fun. They let me shoot a free round of skeet afterwards. I only had to buy the shells.
