Hi All,

I'm getting a wild hair to go hog hunting with my K-31, but just wondering about ammo. In the past, I've only hunted hogs with a .30-30.

I have a good stock of the G11 military ammo, but I don't think that would be the best choice for hunting hogs. I have dies for reloading 7.5x55, but I'm not really set up for reloading at present, plus I do not have any reloadable brass. The only 7.5mm Swiss that I'm seeing available, aside from the G11, is Hornady 165 gr. or Prvi 174 gr. SP's.

Anybody have any real-world experience hunting with 7.5x55 Swiss? Any suggestions?
